The story of a lifelong artist shaped by curiosity, quiet play, and a deep love for the beauty of ordinary moments.

Journey

An Artist's

Pamela’s artistic path began in childhood, borrowing her father’s tools and turning spare pieces of wood and bedroom walls into small, colorful experiments. While he painted late into the night, she drifted to sleep to the sound of his brush moving across canvas.

Each morning, what had once been a blank white surface would glow with a new orange sunset, and with it came a quiet certainty: art was not just something to observe, it was something to live inside.

A self‑taught artist, Pamela spent years exploring styles and materials, letting curiosity guide her rather than rules. That open‑handed searching became her strength, gradually shaping a voice that feels both playful and deeply attentive.

Today her creative focus leans into sculpting, where she brings people and beloved pets to life through detailed bas‑relief portraits and three‑dimensional works, with a special tenderness for capturing children and animals.

Pamela’s murals, paintings, and sculptures now live in homes and businesses across Maui and California, quietly weaving her work into everyday spaces where art becomes part of daily life rather than something kept at a distance.

“I believe our being is made of three parts, the physical, the spiritual, and the intellectual. Through paint, brush, and canvas, an artist speaks through one, two, or sometimes all three.

At the center of creating is relaxation and enjoyment. Whether it’s a canvas or a mound of clay, art becomes a place to play, to imagine, and to build a small world of your own.”
